Review :
"So you really want to learn Maths is a triumph: comprehensive, lucid, clearly and attractively laid out with plenty of exercises. Although particularly aimed at pupils preparing for the 11+ (or Common Entrance at), it provides the essential foundation for GCSE. Book 1 starts with basic number work and the moves on to fractions, decimals, area, angles, probability and so on." John Clare, The Daily Telegraph "This is a book by a teacher who understands children. There are many attractive features and expect that children will be inspired by this material. I imagine that this text will enjoy widespread acclaim and become a 'standard' work." David Hanson, member of the ISEB 13+ setting team "What a wonderful book: easy to read but so informative, with a clean layout, approprite diagrams, good cross-curricular presentation, clear instructions and excellent extension exercises for the more able children. This is the Common Entrance textbook that school teachers have been waiting for." Moira Laffey, The Old Malthouse School
