About the Author :
Dr Anne Gregory is a professor of corporate communication and leading international academic. She is based in the School of Business and Law at the University of Huddersfield, and previously spent many years in public relations practice. She remains a consultant and an advisor at board level to several large organizations. Mandy Pearse is an award-winning PR consultant, speaker, researcher and trainer.
