Excerpt: Ailinel was the second daughter/child of Tar-Meneldur and Almarian and the mother of Soronto. Her brother Aldarion became Tar-Aldarion and her younger sister was Almiel. She married a man named Orchaldor to which they had their son Soronto. Almarian was a royal Numenorean woman and Queen of Numenor during the early Second Age. She was of great beauty. Almarian was the daughter of a Numenorean sailor Veantur, the Captain of the King's Ships under Tar-Elendil. She was married to Tar-Meneldur and she was mother of Aldarion, the future Tar-Aldarion the sixth King of Numenor. Almarian cared little for ships and the sea though her father was a great sailor. She married and gave birth to a son Aldarion, and he soon desired to follow in the footsteps of her father Veantur which later displeased his father, who wanted him to marry and settle down. However, Almarian supported her son in everything he did and later served as a mediator between her husband and his son on the matters regarding his life choices. Almiel was the youngest of Tar-Aldarion's sisters. }} ...
