Excerpt: The 207th Tactical Fighter Squadron, also known as the Gryphus Squadron, is a high-level squadron of the AAF (Aurelian Air Force). It is a top-secret squadron tasked for border defense, whose existence remained classified until the year 2020. The Squadron became one of the last active squadrons in Aurelia during the Leasath-Aurelia War, and were assigned with the defense of Aubrey Air Force Base, the last standing AFB on the country. In September, a detachment of Leasath bombers was sent to Aubrey in an attempt to level the airbase, but were intercepted by Gryphus Team while approaching their target.
