Excerpt: The Air Necklace upgrade is found in the Aquatic Mine and is usually rather hard to find and hard to reach since the path is ridden with water spikes. It is also very dangerous because if Knuckles doesn't reach the upgrade (which is above ground on top of a water tunnel) he'll drown, causing the player to start over again. The location of the Air Necklace The Air Shoes are an upgrade from the game Sonic Adventure 2 found in the level White Jungle that allows Shadow to perform the Light Speed Dash and dash along ring trails. It is equivalent to Sonic's Light Speed Shoes upgrade from the same game (Sonic Adventure 2), and similar to the Light Speed Shoes from Sonic Adventure, except in that game the move must be charged.
