Excerpt: Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog pilot is the seven minute-long pilot episode of the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series. It was created as a proposal for the series and was never aired. However, it was made available by designer Milton Knight and is now available on YouTube. The episode was produced in-house in America, rather than being outsourced to Asia as the series was. As a pilot, it is not as polished as the series that followed it. There is some dialogue missing and no music whatsoever. There are recognizable links to the videogames such as loops and Robotnik's swinging Ball and Chain vehicle.
