Excerpt: Alf Garment, the evil tailor, is an anthropomorphic bird and mad scientist. He invented a fabric with artificial intelligence, which the mad scientists' club thought was laughable. Nevertheless, Garment produced suits from the fabric for the businessmen of the Metropolis Zone. One Monday morning, while they were walking into work, he activated the suits and made all of the commuters commit crimes and steal money and valuables. His plan was exposed and thwarted by Amy Rose and Tekno the Canary, who had discovered that the suits' weakness was water. Garment claimed that he knew it was a mistake to make the fabric dry clean only, but before he could escape to weave more fabric he was caught by Amy and arrested. In jail, and forced to wear a prison uniform, Garment decided to give up his life of crime. Alf Garment later appeared, still in jail, in the cell next to Sydney Bland. Angus MacGull is the Scottish light house Keeper of LightHouse 1, the most important lighthouse on Mobius because all shipping traffic goes via it.
