Sinon, pas de vente, pas de salaire, pas de rêves, pas de promotion, pas d'accomplissement, etc. Pourquoi ne demandez-vous pas systématiquement pour le close? Je ne vois que deux raisons. La première est que vous n'êtes pas assez vendu à votre produit. Le client a plus de conviction envers les chiffres dans son compte de banque que vous envers votre produit. Lorsqu'il vous dit c'est trop cher, vous achetez son idée puisque vous aussi vous croyez que votre produit n'en vaut pas la peine. Souvenez-vous, le client est votre reflet. Si vous n'êtes pas convaincu à 100%, le client vous vendra toujours son idée et vous n'oserez pas demander pour le close. La deuxième raison est probablement la plus fréquente. Vous manquez d'idées ou de connaissances sur le close. Vous êtes à cours de techniques pour conclure la vente. Vous ne savez pas quoi dire, ni comment le dire, ni quand le dire. Nous allons remédier à cela dans ce livre.
