About the Author :
Jennifer R. Veltsos, PhD, is a professor of technical communication at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has taught undergraduate courses in business communication, technical communication, visual rhetoric and document design, and research methods; at the graduate level, she has taught managerial communication, proposals, and instructional design. From 2017 to 2019, she was the director of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. She is currently the university’s interim associate vice president for undergraduate education. Geraldine E. Hynes, PhD, is a professor of technical communication at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has taught undergraduate courses in business communication, technical communication, visual rhetoric and document design, and research methods; at the graduate level, she has taught managerial communication, proposals, and instructional design.
