About the Book

Persian Language Pedagogy: New Trends and Innovations presents a transformative collection of research and methodologies that revolutionizes how Persian is taught and learned in modern educational settings. This pioneering volume brings together ten chapters that bridge the gap between theoretical linguistics and practical pedagogy, offering innovative solutions to long-standing challenges in Persian language instruction - from data-driven approaches and critical pedagogy to virtual reality integration and psycholinguistic applications. The contributors examine crucial aspects of language acquisition, including compound verbs, discourse markers, and differential object marking, while addressing the complexities of teaching Persian in multicultural environments and leveraging cutting-edge technologies for enhanced learning outcomes. Essential for Persian language educators, applied linguists, and researchers, this collection provides a comprehensive framework for understanding and implementing contemporary approaches to Persian language pedagogy. Its diverse perspectives and methodological innovations make it an indispensable resource for anyone involved in Persian language education, from experienced instructors to emerging scholars in the field.
