About the Author :
Kristofer J. Hagglund, PhD, ABPP, is the Associate Dean of Health Policy and Academic Affairs and Professor of Health Psychology and of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Allen W. Heinemann, PhD, ABPP, works at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, where he directs the Center for Rehabilitation Outcomes Research, a rehabilitation-focused health services research unit. He is also associate director of research at RIC and professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University.
