"...a very helpful source with useful illustrations that enhance teaching points. It is well organized and easy to reference, and its organization makes it easy to navigate to specific sections,... provides an overview of pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment for endocrine disorders in pediatric populations,... accomplishes what it sets out to do and is an excellent reference for pediatric and adult endocrinologists alike to further understanding of common pathologies within the field.... discusses adrenocortical and adrenomedullary diseases, when to get molecular testing, reproductive endocrinology, hypogonadism, and hypercalcemia,... covers physiology, diagnostics, and laboratory testing of endocrine disorders in the pediatric population,... offers especially good coverage of adrenal and bone disorders with excellent simple visuals that enhance understanding of underlying disease processes. This book is competitive with other existing texts in the field and is of excellent quality,... comprehensive yet also offers explanations in a simple and digestible way." ©Doody's Review Service, 2025, Julie Fedorko, DO (Loyola University Medical Center)
