Yongyi ShouYongyi Shou is Professor of Operations Management in the School of Management, Zhejiang University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Systems and Engineering Management from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was a visiting scholar t the University of Cambridge in 2009 and at Indiana University in 2013. His research and teaching interests focus on operations management, supply chain management and project management.
