Xianming ShiXianming Shi is a professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Washington State University, USA, He is the Founding Director of new USDOT National University Transportation Center, National Center for Transportation Infrastructure Durabiliy & Life-Extension (TriDurLE).
