Wu CongCong Wu received his PhD from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics and holds dual Master's degrees in Engineering (Computer Application Technology) and Management (Management Science and Engineering). He is a council member of the Higher Educaion Branch of the Chinese Association for Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics, a JD Cloud & AI certified engineer, and an AI engineering assessor for the Ministry of Industry; he is also an Outstanding Worker of the China Coal Industry Association, an Advanced Individual in Academic and Postgraduate Education in Liaoning Province, and a recipient of the Fuxin City May Day Labor Medal.
