William Joseph BryanBorn in Florida, William Joseph Bryan has experienced a good portion of the 20th century. Pre-Stonewall riot, saw him as Brian Jennings, presenting the 1964 concert "Music: The Hermaphroditic Art" for the One Institute. Under this pseudonym, various rticles and photos appeared in early editions of The Advocate, including two cover photo stories. Bryan is emeritus professor of music at Foothill College, Los Altos, California. This is his fifth book.
