William J FallonAdmiral William J. Fallon retired from the U.S. Navy after a 40 year career of military leadership. He led U.S. and Allied forces in eight separate command assignments and played a leadership role in military and diplomatic matters at the highest levls of the U.S. government. As head of U.S. Central Command, Admiral Fallon directed all U.S. military operations in the Middle East, Horn of Africa and Central Asia, focusing on combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He previously served as head of U.S. Pacific Command with responsibility for all military personnel in the Asia-Pacific region and led U.S. military engagement with China, India, and U.S. allies. Chairman of the Board of CounterTack, Inc., a cyber security software company, he is a partner in Tilwell Petroleum, LLC, and the consulting company Global Alliance Advisors, LLC.
