He attended George Washington University's Graduate School of Engineering Administration. Mr. Moore is a Vietnam War Veteran and a graduate of "Command Gneral Staff College". He served as a senior military officer for 27 years in the U. S. Army Reserves. In his civilian career, he worked as an Engineer Research Scientist developing electrical power system components. During his career, he served as a Research director for the Army's Engineer Research and Development Laboratories and the Department of Energy's, Fossil Energy Research Directorate.
