William DekrygerWilliam J. deKryger is a retired Professor of Automotive Technology in the Department of Engineering and Technology at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. A certified ASE Master Technician for more than thirty-five years, Dr. deryger has worked as a professional technician for automotive dealerships and independent garages, served as an expert witness for automotive cases, and been an automotive arbiter for the National Center for Dispute Settlement. His academic interests have taken him to Vladimir State University in Vladimir, Russia, as a study abroad leader, as well to Instituta Technologico Y de Superiores de Monterrey, Campus Toluca, Mexico, as a visiting professor. A member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, Dr. deKryger holds an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Services, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Education from Ferris State University, and a Master of Arts in Higher Education from Central Michigan University.
