William A. Johnson Jr.William A. Johnson, Jr. Ph.D., is Professor Emeritus in the Sociology Department at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). He is a past president of the Oklahoma Sociological Society. Johnson received a B.S. from Northeastern Oklahoma State University, an M.S. from Pittsburgh State University in Kansas, and a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. He has designed and instructs six self-paced on line sociology courses. He has published articles in several professional journals, and edited a textbook in The Social Psychology of Everyday Life, which he used in the classroom for fifteen years.
