Whitey SchmidtWhitey Schmidt was the author of eleven books dedicated to the Chesapeake Bay's unique cuisine. Whitey was once described by a writer for The Capital newspaper in Annapolis as "undoubtedly one of the great characters in the best sense of the word who make the Chesapeake Bay such a special place to live."
