Wendy Lesser

WENDY LESSER, the founder and editor of The Threepenny Review, is the author of one novel and more than a dozen books of nonfiction. She has written about dance, music, film, television, and literature for The New York Times, The ondon Review of Books, and numerous other publications, both in the US and abroad. The recipient of fellowships and awards from the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and the American Academy in Berlin, she presently divides her time between Berkeley, New York, and Berlin.
