Walters DebraDebra Walters is a mad Sydney Swans supporter. Growing up in country South Australia, she was a Crows Supporter, but after moving to Sydney she crossed over to the Swans, but still has a soft spot for the Crows. Her hubby is a Melbourne Dees supporter and her 3 girls have taken on the Swans, Crows and Demons. The idea for the book came whilst she was stuck in traffic on Punt Road near the MCG. By the time she arrived home an hour later the book was written in her head. Quickly getting on the keyboard before the story was gone, she wrote We're going to the Footy. She has plans to write similar books for the English Premier League as her hubby Dan is English and a Manchester United fan, and his English family are also Soccer/Football fanatics.
