Walter WilcoxWalter Dwight Wilcox (1869-1949) first travelled to the Canadian Rockies as a student in the late 19th century. He made numerous first ascents over the years and did a great deal of exploring and mapping throughout the region of Banff and Lake Louiseand in the Kananaskis Valley.
