Opting for retirement from coaching as my sons embarked on their baseball journey, I've witnessed firsthand the commercialization of youth baseball, emphasizing its business-centric approach over genuine player development.Having authored four seminal books on youth baseball, I've been recognized for bestsellers such as "Fun Over Fear" tailored for families with budding athletes aged 3-9, "THE PROCESS" for those navigating the challenges of ages 10-16, and "The Recruiting Process" providing insights for families with athletes aged 15-21.
