His work has appeared in many publications, including Alaska Quarterly Review, Appalachia, Commonweal, Garrison Keillor's Writers Almanac, North American Review, Poetry Daily, Rattle, and Sunken Garden Poetry, 1992-2011 (Wesleyan University Press, 2012).
