Entertainment complex and winning the fiercely competitive bid for the National Medal of Honor Museum. As CEO of Graham Associates, his engineering brilliance brought to life landmarks like AT&T Stadium and River Legacy Park. Jeff successfully united Arlington's vibrant, diverse community with his Kindness Campaign, and revolutionized urban transportation in the city through a groundbreaking rideshare initiative. Williams lives with his wife, Karen and enjoys time with their three children and growing number of grandchildren.
