W Thomas RichardsW. Thomas ?Tom? Richards is a rare fourth generation Colorado native. He served in the US Army in Munich, Germany as Fire Direction Control Specialist for the 11th Airborne Artillery. He attended college at MSC in Denver, on the GI bill, where he recived a double degree in Civil and Electrical Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer and land surveyor for the State of Colorado. After 36 years of service, as a middle manager of a large utility company, he retired. He then went to work for the airline industry where he has recently retired for the second time. He has traveled the world with his late wife, Patricia, where they experienced a myriad of sites, smells, and cultures of more than fifty five different countries. Tom has three sons and eight beautiful grandchildren. He continues to travel throughout the world to new and exotic places and has recently added sky diving and scuba diving to his repertoire.
