Viola DuFresneViola Dufresne (nee Tanguay) was the youngest of a large family, born in 1932 in Rural Saskatchewan during the World Wide Depression. At a very early age, she vividly remembered many crises while living in the Dust Bowl of southern Saskatchewan. She ssumed everybody remembered their childhood days, but when she realized her early memories were unusual, she began jotting down bits of history on scrap paper.
