Vincent Cho Vincent Cho is Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. He received his master’s degree from the University of Houston as a member of its Urban Principals Program. He completedhis Ph.D. in ducational Policy and Planning at The University of Texas at Austin.
