Victor SalgadoGreetings, Vic here. Im a citizen of the world, a music lover, an incurable romantic, and suffer from chronic wanderlust. Poetry is many things to me, it is the blood of my soul and is a magnificent form of art and expression. With elements like mete, rhytim, metaphor, symbolism and assonance we can create and express a plethora of emotions, moods, feelings and everything in between. My love for poetry started in grade school, in the third grade when my teacher, who by by the way, was my maternal grandmother taught me rhyme. Since that moment i fell in love with this art form. My life has been a kaleidoscope of experiences, places, people, struggles and achievements. I believe that when we can look at a situation, think of a word, experience a feeling, live an emotion or evoque a time or person and express it through the alchemy of poetry, it is a true blessing. From this stanpoint i have been blessed. It is my aim to inspire you. Why? Because like someone once said ""of musicians, poets and crazy people, we all have a little bit.""
