Veka DuncanVeka Duncan is a Mexican art historian specializing in Mexican art, architecture, urban history, and cultural press of the 19th and 20th centuries. She hosts a television show about Mexico City history on adn40, and is a columnist of La Razón newspapr's cultural magazine El Cultural and Opinión 51, a platform for women in Mexican media. She also has a YouTube channel where she creates cultural content. From 2014 to 2019 she worked as a researcher for El Universal newspaper, developing books for its Centennial, such as Los Contemporáneos en el El Universal (FCE-El Universal, 2015), El Universal. 100 años en la vida de México (El Universal, 2016), and El Universal Ilustrado. Antología (FCE-El Universal, 2017). She has collaborated in over 20 exhibitions in Mexico and abroad as researcher, curator, and translator. She is the author of the books Cara o Cruz.
