He was involved in some of the major collaborative ventures of IGNOU lke Rajiv Gandhi Project for EduSat Supported Elementary Education (RGPEEE) during 2005-2006 and Gyan Vani Radio Station, Jabalpur during 2005-2008.He went on deputation to work as Director (Knowledge Management) in School of Good Governance and Policy Analysis, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal in 2008 where he worked till 2010.
