U Kavya JyotsnaMrs. U. Kavya Jyotsna is Assistant Professor in the Department of Social work, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. She finished her M.A (Social Work) from Andhra University. She is pursuing her PhD from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Universty, Srikakulam. Her research areas of interests include Women issues, Children issues, HIV/AIDS, consultancy in conducting evaluation researches. Prior to her affiliation, she worked 2 years as Assistant Professor in Department of Social Work, Acharya Nagarjuna University on contract basis. She also has 10 years work experience in working with Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) both national and international. She is an active consultant and honorary member to many NGOs.
