Troy PasseyBased in Boise, Troy Passey grew up on a farm in Paris, Idaho. In 2009 he was awarded a Visual Arts Fellowship from the Idaho Commission on the Arts. He has exhibited artwork in Chicago, Dallas, Jackson Hole, Ketchum, Los Angeles, Miami, and Portland In 2013 he had a solo exhibition, Left Unsaid, at the Boise Art Museum.
