Trevor Dickinson

Trevor Dickinson completed an Art Foundation course at Swindon College (Wiltshire) before going on to study Textile Design at Camberwell School of Art in London.

After leaving college, Trevor spent several years working in London before embrking on a teaching career. He joined the West Surrey College of Art and Design in 1988 and taught textiles there for five years. Around the same time that Trevor started teaching, he also began to freelance in graphics and textile design - specialising in children's wear. Since then, he has designed clothes for the majority of UK high street stores.

As well as illustrating Kitty Princess for Orchard Books, Trevor still designs children's wear and textiles and has recently designed the t-shirts for the Rolling Stones!

Trevor currently lives in Australia.
