Tracy Harkison

Tracy Harkison is an Associate Professor at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Auckland University of Technology - Te Wananga Aronui o Tamaki Makaurau. Her research focuses on the luxury accommodation experience, co-creation hospitality for good, and hospitality education. Tracy worked for 14 years as a human resource manager, a food and beverage manager, and housekeeping in luxury hotels and luxury lodges. Tracy is the managing editor for the Hospitality and Society Journal and is co-editor in chief of the Hospitality Insights journal.
