Tracy Barron

Tracy Barron is a former award-winning journalist. She spent much of her reporting career at The Telegram daily newspaper and CBC Radio in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. She has won local, national, and international awards for reporting. 20-year public servant, she has worked in communications in the Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia governments. She is an amateur historian and genealogist, and a writer of historical fiction and short stories. She splits her time between her church home in Rawdon Gold Mines, Hants County and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
