Traci BitnerTraci Bitner grew up on the grasslands of southwest Kansas. As a child, she played on the dry river bed among the cottonwood trees. It was during her time as a reporter for a local newspaper that she found her passion for writing. She wrote several aticles about the grasslands and its history and fell in love with the unique area. Traci is married to the love of her life, Larry, and they have two grown children.
