She is a past-president of the Association of Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Values in Counseling (ASERVIC) and currently serves as president of the North Atlantic Regional Association for Counselor Education and Supervision. Tracey received ASERVIC’s Graduate Student National Research Award in 2003 for her dissertation work on the relationship between spiritual well-being and job satisfaction among working adults.
