Toru SatoToru Sato is a Professor in the Graduate School of Informatics at Kyoto University. He has been engaged in data analysis of the Jicamarca and Arecibo radars, and has contributed to the design and operation of Japanese MST/IS radars, notably the MU raar, Equatorial Atmosphere radar, and PANSY radar.
