Tony ZigmondTony Zigmond is a retired consultant general adult psychiatrist at Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust, UK. He has been Vice-President of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and its Lead on Mental Health Law. He has many years' experience in using the mental health legislation and in the running of Mental Health law courses.
