He has a M.Sc. in Environment of University of Montreal (Canada). He has two post-doctoral in Technology Innovation Clusters from University of Quebec (Canada) and in Knowledge and Technology Innovation in Natural Resources Industries from University Adolfo Ibañez (Chile). His research projects focus on biotechnology, nanotechnology and bio materias management, technological innovation, clusters, knowledge in natural resources and public policies. He is professor of technology and innovation management at the University Talca (Chile) and consultant for World Bank, United Nations, IDRC, Statistics Canada and many multinationals firms.
