Toby StarkToby Stark is the founder of Stark Associates Insurance Agency in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The agency specializes in Medicare planning, group and individual benefits, long-term care and disability benefits. Toby has been an active member of NationalAssociation of Benefit Insurance Professionals (NABIP) since 2009 and has served as president of the New Jersey Association of Benefit Insurance Professionals (NJABIP) from 2016 to 2017.He also serves on the NJABIP state legislative affairs committee. In this role, Toby meets with legislators on the viewpoints of the association.
