Tina DonovanTina Donovan's personal experience inspired her to write this book, both as a form of therapy and part of her healing process. She broke free of her family's legacy of abuse and refused to let it affect another generation. To fully love others, Donovn realized she had to love herself, learn forgiveness, overcome victimhood, and take responsibility for her life. Donovan lives in New Brunswick, Canada, with her husband, 17-year-old son (she also has two adult children who live on their own), and dog Kodak and 2 kittens Stormy and Remie.
