A life-long resident of Washington State, Tim Hurlocker is an avowed history geek. He lives with his wife Suzanne overlooking Puget Sound, the most beautiful place on earth. His goal is to illustrate and promote the foremost figure of the Enlightement, the Scottish philosopher Adam Smith.
