Tim Eichenberg

Tim Eichenberg is an environmental lawyer and a member of the summer faculty at the Vermont Law School. He is the former Chief Counsel of the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission and has served as legal counsel for the Califoria Coastal Commission, the Ocean Conservancy, Oceana, and Environmental Defense Center. He chaired the Clean Water Network in Washington, D.C., cofounded the Casco Baykeeper Program in Maine, and authored more than 30 articles and reports on environmental issues. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Earlham College, a JD from the Washington University School of Law, and postdoctoral fellowship in marine policy at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution.
