Tiearra D SteeleTiearra D. Steele is a Southern Illinois native, earning her Communication Studies bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University in 2004. She earned her second bachelor's degree from EIU in Journalism in 2007. While working full time and raisingher daughter, she earned her master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership in 2015.
