Thoudam Prabha DeviThoudam Prabha Devi , Ph.D., is a Professor and academic leader with more than 25 years of experience in higher education, teaching, research, academic administration, quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional development. She currently serves as a Professor at CamEd Business School, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Over the course of her international academic career, she has held several senior leadership positions, including Vice-Chancellor, Dean, and Professor, and has worked across India, Afghanistan, Oman, and Cambodia. Dr. Devi holds a Ph.D. in Commerce and Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, along with postgraduate qualifications in Commerce, Entrepreneurship Development, Human Resource Management, and Artificial Intelligence. Her research and academic interests are interdisciplinary, encompassing Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Entrepreneurial Cognition, Digital Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Platforms, Team Psychology, Team Formation and Team Effectiveness, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Consumer Behaviour, and Big Data and Business Analytics. She has published more than 34 research papers in national and international journals and has received more than 1,000 citations, with an h-index of 13 and an i10-index of 14.
