Thomas Lee JacobsThomas Lee Jacobs is a Christian of the Catholic faith and an amateur scientist whose work grows out of a lifelong interest in pattern recognition of molecular magnetic fields and the information they present. He approaches scientific questions with he discipline of a careful observer and the humility of someone who understands that discovery often begins outside traditional boundaries.Jacobs graduated from the University of Washington's NROTC program and was commissioned as a Naval Officer in the United States Navy, experiences that shaped his discipline, his sense of responsibility, and his respect for rigorous method. His exploration of coherence did not emerge from academic laboratories, but from years of private experimentation, technical curiosity, and a willingness to follow a question wherever it led. He is the creator of the Helpful Waves YouTube channel, a long running citizen science project exploring designer molecular magnetic field audio analogs of herbs and supplements. Beyond this work, Jacobs contributes to the Visual Survey Group (VSG), a citizen science project dedicated to surveying Kepler and TESS space telescope data for exoplanet and other astrophysical discoveries. His passion for helping others led him to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. For over 24 years Tom assisted the people he served in marketing, training, and securing successful employment in their community. He lives in Missouri City, Texas, where he continues to do avocational research and write about his work. Read More Read Less
